Tuition and Fees

New Student Application/Assessment Fee: Per child - $ 85.00 (due with Application)
Non-Refundable New Student Registration Fee: Per Child - $ 65.00 (due after acceptance)
RETURNING STUDENTS
Non-Refundable Registration Fee: Per Child - $100.00 (due with registration form)
TUITION RATES
Half Day Kindergarten Annual Tuition - $2740.00
Full Day K - 6th Grade Annual Tuition - $4100.00
7th & 8th Grade Annual Tuition - $4500.00
Discounts
· For each additional child enrolled at BCA, a 10% discount is given.
· If tuition is paid in full by June 20, 2010, a 5% discount is given.
· If half tuition is paid by June 20, 2010 and half is paid by Dec. 20, 2010, a 5% discount is given.
· Active BUMC members (must be approved by BUMC office) receive a 10% discount for each student enrolled. BUMC Tuition Discount Request forms are available in the Academy office -
these forms must be filled out every year.
All payments (except monthly tuition) should be made to:
Brice Christian Academy, in the form of a check or money order. We do not accept cash or credit card payments for tuition or fees.
For payments made monthly, you will use:
SMART Tuition Mgt. Company. There is an annual $43.00/family charge for this service that will be added to your first monthly tuition payment. To use this monthly service, you are required to have your monthly payment automatically withdrawn from your checking/savings account. Applications and information will be sent to new students in your registration packet. For Returning Students who previously paid with Smart Tuition or are choosing to pay monthly for the first time, you will need to fill out a new Smart Registration form with your account information for automatic deduction. Registration forms are available in the school office.

School Supplies
Each classroom teacher will have specific supplies that are required on the first day of school. A letter from the classroom teacher with a list of all supplies needed for the first day of school will be sent out during July and posted to our website.
Lunch
Lunch (hot or sack lunch; milk) $ 2.75/day (2009-2010 rate)
Gym Uniform
A gray Brice Christian Academy T-shirt and black sweatpants/shorts and athletic shoes are the required on gym day. The supplier for BCA gym clothing is SportSales, 1750 Idlewild Drive (614) 868-1899.
Before/After School Program (Friendship Company)
Friendship Company is a state licensed extended care program (before and after school) in which children Kindergarten through fourth grade can be loved, nurtured, and challenged in a safe Christian environment.
The Friendship Company is available during the regular school year and operates from 7:00 am to 8:30 am and again from 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm. The Friendship Company will not be available on days that school is not in session.
The Friendship Company fees are as follows: (2009-2010 rates)
